Scot & his crew saved the day for me in August when I needed to move items from my home place to a storage unit (last minute call & in a frantic). Scot was compassionate & very professional - they moved the items so carefully (had antiques) as if it was their own property! Then I needed to move the items from the storage unit in TN to SC - Once again, I called upon Scot and sure enough he could accommodate (they provide out of state moving & are insured) - again, it was a lifesaver for me! They went to the unit/loaded the truck/cleaned my unit & hauled everything to SC - They were on time/professional/friendly & very careful with each item! The cost was very reasonable & better than any other moving company! If you want excellent customer service/caring professional workers & cost effective - this is the company to contact - if I could give 10 stars then I would - I hope, I don’t have to move again but IF I do then I would not hesitate to contact McMinnville Moving & Storage with Scot again! Recently, my wife and I moved from Middle TN to Colorado when my job relocated me. After getting numerous (and ridiculously expensive) quotes , I spoke with the owner. I have to say, I was surprised a local company would take on a cross country move but the owner assured me that they could handle the distance and all the logistics in between. I was hesitant because it seemed "too good to be true". The owner came by our house and went room by room evaluating our stuff and figuring out the amount of boxes, sizes..etc., and even asked us about things that we held extra special and he would add extra packing or care to it. Come moving day he and his team showed up bright and early and didn't stop until the house was empty. The next day they left for CO and would be in Colorado Springs within a week!!!! I was quoted 3 to 4 weeks MINIMUM with other national movers. When we got to CO, all our things were unpacked and low and behold.....we had no damage (minus a broken water pitcher my dog broke) The whole experience was a breath of fresh air and would definitely recommend McMinnville Moving and Storage to any of my friends and family. Great company and great people!
